When my partner and I first started our home-building journey, we quickly found ourselves overwhelmed with different builders and their perks and packages. It was by chance that we came across a design we liked from FHBD, and were put in contact with Nathan Whennen.From our first meeting with him, we both felt entirely at ease with the process we were about to undertake, and knew we had found our builder. Being first-time builders, Nathan took the time to very clearly lay out the process of building our home, and what we would realistically be able to achieve. Instead of trying to push our budget up to higher than we were comfortable with, he listened to our needs and found us a perfect design, tailored to our needs and within our somewhat modest budget.He has since then, always been available and on-call to answer any queries we've had, and has been more than happy to liase with different people, be it brokers or land agents, in order to make our building journey as seamless and stress free as possible.Even after our direct dealing with him had come to an end, Nathan has taken the time to contact us directly to see how our build is progressing. Finding someone who is genuinely invested in seeing his clients build through to the end, and making sure they are happy each step of the way is a fantastic feeling.Nathan is truly a stand-up bloke, and without his guidance and expertise, im not sure whether we would have had the confidence and patience to go ahead with our build. I could not recommend him and his services highly enough.

Disappointment with the physiotherapy

I had Nathan Whennan as my Sales consultant who is absolutely brilliant! I was doubtful I could get a house and had thought that the process was going to be overwhelming but Nathan had assured my doubts and was there throughout the process from the start to the very end when the house was finished. Any concerns I had I would call him he was always available and he had always assisted and helped when I needed.Recommend Nathan for his personal and fantastic service and he is a great person entirely, he is certainly in the right job !
